“We have used recruitment genius on several occasions and have had several good quality candidate applications as a result.”Gary Martin
Although we still advertise many managerial and executive roles, we see this as a declining market in comparison to previous years. This is invariably because fewer and fewer large companies still have corporate hierarchies. Instead, we’re seeing more entrepreneurs stepping into management roles naturally as their businesses mature.
Things are changing throughout this sector. Employers are now more attracted to globally minded candidates as the nature of work changes, and from an education viewpoint prefer a shorter more cost-effective Master in management to an MBA.
And because there may be few candidates on the market, employers may need to supplement advertising for roles with search and selection as well.
