You will be part of a vibrant and friendly team within a growing service organisation who excel in the field of weighing. They manufacture a range of high quality scales that you can be proud to offer and support to their clients.

You will have an enviable position in the industry working for one of the largest independent scale manufacturers who offer a broad range of weighing products.

The role will require you to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus a reasonable level of knowledge in industrial and laboratory weighing equipment.

Core duties include but are not limited to:
- Routine calibration and maintenance visits
- Creating Repair & Breakdown Quotations
- Quoting new replacement machines
- Attending breakdowns and making onsite repairs
- Installations and commissioning of new equipment

They require a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a field service engineer within the weighing industry. Experience of system installations, vessel weighing, working in ATEX/hazardous areas and UKAS calibrations is preferable but not essential to your success in gaining employment.

A keen interest in expanding your abilities and knowledge base into new developments within the industry is highly desirable.

They would also like you to have a minimum of a City & Guilds / ONC qualification in Electrical Engineering, however this is not paramount as experience is key in their industry.

Ideally located in Leicestershire or Nottinghamshire to attend the Head Office on a frequent basis, you will also be asked to travel and have infrequent overnight stays.
