This company is the leading supplier of unused and reclaimed electrical insulating oils and associated services throughout the UK and parts of Europe.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified/experienced persons for a Warehouse Plant Operator.
To be successful in your application it is essential that you have the following:
- 5 years Proven experience in a process operating environment
- Process Operating Experience within the Oil / Chemical industry
- A current Fork Lift Truck licence and the ability to un/load trailers and export containers.
- Good standard of education and ability to work with IT
- Good understanding of Quality and HSE requirements
- A strong work ethic, coupled with enthusiasm and a desire to progress
The primary tasks in this job are:
- To fill various oils in to 25ltr, 205lt , 800ltr , 1000ltr containers
- To decant barrels of returned waste oils in a safe and timely manner.
- To keep the workplace clean and tidy and actively participate in continuous improvement programmes.
The role will mainly involve working as part of a team within the packaged goods area although applicants should have the aptitude and willingness to progress beyond this initial role. The hours will be 36.5 per week to be worked on days. Overtime may be required at very short notice. The position is based at Stanlow and will report to the Production Supervisor.
Salary is £28,416 per annum, plus overtime, plus possible bonus for meeting individual and Company performance targets, a generous benefits package including a healthcare scheme.
