A high profile beauty brand working with TV and models on a weekly basis, as well as winning 8 Guild of Beauty Awards of Excellence for Best Tanning Supplier, Best Use of Social Media and Best Customer Service.

Based in Worcester, the company now requires a Warehouse and Despatch co-ordinate to work at their busy onsite warehouse.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will have control of despatch including allocating stock to orders, invoicing, creation of address labels, control of carriers and distribution delivery. Processing of customer orders on SAGE/CRM systems, picking and packing items, recording goods in and goods out, returns and technical service and repairs.

Responsibility for day to day organisation and health and safety matters. You will also effectively communicate with customers to resolve technical issues with returned equipment. Organising EU & international shipping, ensuring the correct documents are in place. Chasing late deliveries.

Main Duties include
- Picking and Packing of Customer orders, ensuring presentation and KPIs are met
- Checking and recording goods in and out.
- Operating a powered industrial forklift to transport goods, unload incoming stock and load orders.
- Unload items to be stocked in warehouse.
- Verify electronic stock levels and compare to physical counts of stock, investigate discrepancies and report to Purchasing department
- Package and place into stock finished products and kits
- Log and evaluate customer returns organising the repair in-house or return to manufacturer and carry out in-house warranty repairs.
- Proactive in looking at warehouse management in terms of stock rotation, logistics and time management. Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with internal/external policies and procedures as well as standards and legislation.
- Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy.
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to Line Manager.
- Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock handling equipment, such as forklift truck.
- Interface with Customer Services and other departments

Skills and Experience:

- Must have a Fork lift truck licence
- Must have proven organisational skills
- Good problem solver with an analytical mind and proactive approach
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety
- 2 years Warehouse Co-ordinator experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Manual handling experience
- PC skills including knowledge of word/excel/PowerPoint packages
- Confident with ability to work on own initiative.
