UI/UX Designers are responsible for delivering the best online user experience, gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. You will be working alongside the Development team to design and enhance their software.

Responsible for:
- Conducting user research and evaluate user feedback
- Presenting designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Designing accessible graphical user interface elements

Primary Objectives:
- Collaborate with the Head of Product and the Product Owner to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, SVG images, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
- Conduct usability tests and identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems
- Creating and implementing interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications

Skills and Experience:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Have experience performing usability research and carrying out user interviews
- Experience of working in a SCRUM team and agile process
- A portfolio demonstrating your previous work
- Graphic Design skills including the creation of vector images
- Experience with wireframing and design tools e.g. Axure, Visio, Photoshop
- Knowledge of WCAG
- Experience in designing to WCAG AA standard
