They are seeking a Transport and Logistics Team Member to join their team on a Permanent, Full Time basis at their office based in Weston-super-Mare. Their business is growing and now has so many customers, that they need some help to run the business. You will be contributing to all areas of the business including Administration, Operations, Sales and Marketing. No two days will ever be the same.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking enquiries from new and existing customers
- Sending quotes
- Delivering refrigerated trailers driving our company vehicles whilst towing
- Recording everything accurately
- Contributing to their social media accounts
And, above all, maintaining their excellent standards of customer service.
Desired skills
- Full driving licence with towing experience
- You must be personable with great communication skills
- You must be computer literate and keen to learn new software
- You must have a strong customer service ethic
- Your work must be thorough and accurate
- You must be extremely well organised
Salary £20,000 to £22,500 depending on experience.
