This is an exciting opportunity to join a national training and software company that is helping UK schools. You'll be part of a team that focuses on improving local communities and putting education at the forefront of its vision.

Familiarity with the UK schools would be useful, although not essential, they will provide training. You'll be expected to enthusiastically learn from others so you gain excellent business, product and sector knowledge. This will be crucial in achieving your objectives and will make you highly regarded within the company and amongst clients.

Role:

The objective of the person in this role is to train clients through online and onsite workshops. You'll be expected to on-board new clients via online presentations, demonstrating software applications and training clients on how to use it effectively. Using a coaching technique you'll walk clients through best practice and the theory behind the software so they can maximise their efforts. You'll also be expected to host and train individual and groups of clients onsite at workshops. These will be heavily focused on learning about income generation, fundraising and marketing with training materials to be completed. The company prides itself on the motivational and exciting delivery of its training and is well respected within the sector.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver unrivalled online training and onsite workshops to clients helping them complete provided materials and tasks

- Develop training and workshop content that ensures the company remains a leader in income generation, fundraising and marketing training for schools

- Maintain all training materials, taking ownership of their online knowledge base and in-system support documentation

- Undertake research on current funding opportunities and trends within Education, ensuring all training and support materials are up-to-date and reflect relevant changes within the sector

- Work with the Product Team to ensure all new software products are aligned with the goals of training and workshops

- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of fundraising codes of practice and relevant legislation, and understand its impact on income generation, fundraising and marketing in schools

- Provide regular feedback to the Senior Management Team on the effectiveness of all income generation training modules

Personal Qualities:

- Enthusiastic self-starter who is comfortable delivering both online and onsite training courses to clients at varying levels of seniority

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to present complex information in a way that is easily digestible for trainees with little or no experience in the subject matter being taught

- Thrives under pressure and is flexible about delivering onsite training to schools across the UK

- Passionate about education and helping schools and children

- Self-motivated, highly organised with attention to detail and time management skills
