Starting salary £17,000 pa, rising on completion of Training to £18,500 pa.

The Role

- An entry level post where full Training would be given.

- Quality checks on Production line work, along with water process and sprinkler system.

- Acting as Recycling Department controller

- Work as EPS process operative when Trained on the process.

- Working predominantly 4 days per week, and 10 hours a day, Monday to Thursday, although additional hours are often available.

The Individual

- An enthusiastic, organised, and self-motivated individual with good communication skills and keen to start a new career within this industry.

- Preferably school or college qualifications in English and Maths.

- A flexible approach to work and the demands of our workplace - for example, an occasional night shift may be required to cover holiday and sickness.
