To drive sales and technical expertise they are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join their internal engineering team to further support their customers get the best service and solution. Someone who can demonstrate their ‘commitment beyond measure’.
The role will include:
- Solving complex problems
- Generating engineering solutions
- Quote generation
- Building customer relationships
- Working as a team to increase business from customers
- Contributing to the team overall to help the company grow and develop
Ideally you will be of graduate calibre with a qualification (HNC, HND and/or Degree) in Instrumentation, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related subject. In addition, you will have:
- a great telephone manner,
- great attention to detail,
- an ability to work under pressure with lots of different priorities.
- a commitment to customer service
- the ability to work alone and as part of a team
- excellent problem-solving skills
Overall, you will be able to fit in to a successful and friendly team in a dynamic environment and career prospects are excellent. Some experience of instrumentation or within a sales role would be highly advantageous but not necessary as full training and coaching will be offered.
