£7,800-£13,000 plus commission

A motivated person is required to join this thriving Financial Services Company. As a Trainee/Apprentice Administrator, you will be working as part of a small team to provide administrative support within the areas of protection and mortgages to a busy Financial Adviser.

Position Summary

The role of the Trainee/Apprentice Administrator involves managing administrative processes and ensuring client servicing standards are met. Your daily duties will include:

* Client relationship management
* Liaising with product providers and any third parties including solicitors
* Managing application submissions, client document folders, case tracking, maintaining systems and procedures
* Participating in team case management meetings
* Responding to clients & lender emails. Responding to clients and lender telephone calls.

As a trainee or apprentice, you should have the potential skills to undertake the role.

- Enthusiasm, commitment and motivation
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 5 GCSEs (C and above) including Maths and English
- Experience in mortgage processing or mortgage administration is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
