As a result of their continued success they are looking for a new Telemarketer to join their team.
The Requirements
- 2 years telesales/sales experience
- Used to making in excess of 100 calls per day
- Effective communicator, good listener and strong influencing skills
- Proven sales ability
- Self motivated with a personal desire to succeed
- Understands CRM's and their importance to the wider business.
- Target driven
- Uses own initiative to solve problems
The Package
- Starting salary of £18,000 to £20,000 DOE
- Uncapped commission
- Progression available dependent upon success into Internal Sales or even Field Sales roles if desired
- Hours of work 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
- 28 days holiday (pro-rata) inclusive of bank holidays rising to 36 with service
- Pension scheme
- Profit share eligibility after 12 months service
The Hours
Full time hours would be 08.30 - 17.00.
Part time applicants also considered where they would be looking for a minimum of 20 hours a week split over 5 days but the actual hours can be flexible for the right candidate.
