This is an exciting and varied opportunity for a customer facing Technical Consultant supporting a market leader of the ManageEngine software suite, providers of network management and security, IT service management and operations software. You will be a key member of an established, vibrant, dynamic, privately funded company that is growing year on year and are now looking to expand their workforce.
Working both from their office in Horsham and attending customer sites nationwide, your role will include but not be limited to; pre and post sales product technical support and solution advice, providing onsite and remote training and consultancy for customers, hosting remote product demonstrations and webinars, publishing blogs and answering forum questions, plus representing the company at various events, exhibitions and sales meetings as necessary.
The ideal applicant should have working knowledge of networking technologies, be analytical, organised and conscientious as well as self-disciplined, able to communicate on many levels, be comfortable with face-to-face customer meetings and willing to travel and stay overnight nationwide, so a full UK driving license is essential. Full training on the ManageEngine suite will be provided.
