This organisation aims to encourage continuous improvement in the management of quality in the Disability Student Allowance sector.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Trainer who has a proven track record in delivering high calibre training. The role is to deliver training to 70 assessment centre staff located throughout England and Wales.
After comprehensive in-house training, you will be delivering training to assessment centre staff.
Duties will include:
- Plan, co-ordinate and schedule training sessions on their new web-based needs assessment report portal.
- Deliver training sessions to Centre Managers and any other member of the assessment centre team.
- Identifying and updating training materials, where required.
- Act as point of contact for assessment centres to assist post training session.
- Liaise with the Central Administration Unit Glasgow and their London office.
Ideal Candidate:
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and orally, confident speaking to small and larger groups, when delivering training
- Experience in similar role and confident in delivering training to individuals and small groups etc.
- Whilst a driving license would be beneficial, it is not e ssential for this role.
- Happy to stay away from home 4 out of 5 days per week
The salary for the role is £25,000 plus expenses (lunch/evening meal allowance), all travel and hotel expenses will be administered by the Central Administration Unit.
