Support Supervisor/Supervisor
This is an opportunity for a Support Supervisor/Supervisor to join a fast growing and innovative manufacturing company based in North Lincolnshire area.
The candidate will work with a Shift Supervisor to run a number of production lines. You will operate in a two-shift system with a team of approximately 6 people. The role will involve, but not limited to –
- Inputting quality control check data in to a computerised system.
- Completing batch documentation. Batch change overs and product change overs.
- Monitoring machinery to ensure product is made to specification.
- Ensure delivery of production manufacturing KPI’s.
- Supervising a small team of staff.
- Safety awareness and reporting.
Previous experience in a production environment would be ideal but not essential training will be provided.
For the right person, the position will lead to a Shift Supervisor role.
