This academy has an exciting opportunity to appoint supply teachers to work in their Trust.
They are a relatively new organisation (established as a multi academy trust in December 2013), based in Lincoln with ten academies across Lincolnshire and a growth plan for significant expansion throughout 2016 – 18. To support their growth, they are looking to appoint highly enthusiastic and motivated supply teachers to join their supply bank as soon as possible. They have a range of excellent schools within the Lincolnshire area.

Your new role
As a Supply Teacher working for this trust, you will be expected to teach in various schools within the Lincolnshire area. Responsible for classroom management and creating a positive learning environment, you will have a flexible approach to teaching as will be working in various educational settings. For shorter term positions, therefore is no requirement for supply teachers to undertake planning and preparation, therefore allows teachers to achieve a positive work life balance.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing a position as a Supply Teacher, you must have a flexible approach to your work and must possess Qualified Teacher status, or be an NQT looking to gain experience.
