This franchisee of Warrens Bakery is looking for an experienced Store Manager to set up and run our new Bicester store.
You need to take pride in running an outstanding operation, driving sales, managing costs and inspiring your team.
Skills and experience required:-
- Friendly, approachable and professional
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Customer focused
- Management or supervisory experience essential, preferably within the food retail sector.
- Clean driving license.
You will be responsible for:-
- Developing your team, motivating and training
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Managing stock control and inventory
- Minimising wastage
- Completing staff rotas
- Manage the team, ensuring that everyone is aware of their daily duties
- Managing deliveries, storing food supplies, equipment and utensils in line with procedures
- Fire and Food Safety compliance
As they open more stores there is an opportunity, for the right candidate, to progress to Area Manager responsible for the running of at least 10 stores.
Hours: Full time including some weekends
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
