This company is seeking an experienced Show Home Greeter for their executive new homes development.

Their housing development is 60 exclusive 3, 4 and 5-bedroom family homes set in the village of Halton, just an eight-minute drive from Lancaster City Centre and two minutes from the M6 J34. The idyllic semi-rural setting provides all you could hope for, from village life, with woodland and riverside walks, parks and a thriving community centre, all set on the outskirts of an area of outstanding natural beauty. This, with the convenience of a doctor’s surgery and pharmacy, shops, pubs and a post office on your doorstop, plus a popular Ofsted outstanding primary school, make this the ideal location for a family home.

This role is a great opportunity for an individual looking to work or a local organisation. The role:
- Based in the show home welcoming and greeting new clients
- Escorting visitors around the sales complex and advising the USP of this development
- Must be able to converse with visitors, potential clients and existing clients, confidently
- Obtaining clients details and providing general information about our development
- Ensuring the show home is kept tidy e.g. ensuring all visitors wear overshoes to protect the carpets
- Occasional holiday or sickness cover in the marketing suite, if needed
- Involves an element of clerical work

To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Confident when speak to all clients and when welcoming visitors
- Efficient – ensuring all clients details are captured and delivered to the marketing suite

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and/or new homes sales experience, a pleasant and positive attitude, and solid work ethics. Computer skills are a plus! Candidates must be able to work Saturday and Sundays and possible some bank holidays.

It is anticipated we will be able to offer the successful candidate one weekend off in five on a rota basis.
