This company is currently seeking a Service Desk advisor for their expanding team.
The role is based in a busy service desk department, the right candidate must be IT literate with a good telephone manner as you will be dealing directly with customers.
Previous experience in this field or similar fields would be an advantage.
Main duties include
- Answering the phone
- Customer service
- Booking work
- Dealing with operatives
- General admin.
The right candidate will also be required to cover on call work after training is completed (currently every 9 weeks), and they must be able to meet deadlines.
