This health management company requires an articulate person to provide office support and effective administration to the Directors and staff of the company, an entrepreneurial health management company.

Principal tasks
- To support their businesses i.e. medico-legal, care services and general business management.
- PA duties to the Directors and senior management.
- Office management, management of work placement candidates and interns.
- Staff supervision and management of Health and Safety.
- Maintaining and managing company structures and procedures.
- Organisation and attendance of meetings and conferences.
- Produce documents, reports, letters.
- Create and maintain filing systems and various databases.
- Petty cash handling and record keeping in line with procedures.
- Diary management, dealing with correspondence, meeting arrangements and other administrative duties as required and appropriate
- Operate flexibly in the general scope of the job, undertaking other duties as may be reasonably required

Skills/Experience
- A committed and enthusiastic, self-starter with the ability to work in a small, dynamic environment.
- A confident personality with good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to be discrete and to retain confidentiality in carrying out role.
- Advanced IT Skills - extensive use of Microsoft Office applications particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- An understanding of sound office routines and the role administrative support has in relation to the smooth running of the office.
- At least 2.5 years experience in an administrative role or related environment. Qualifications or experience in Mental Health, Health & Social Care or a medical field are preferred.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours a week 9am – 5.30pm. Some commitment outside normal working hours may be required. Opportunity for a job share.

Salary: £17 – 20K, Dependent on experience
