Are you an experienced Ecommerce Manager or Ecommerce Strategy Manager with a background in luxury retail?

Experience Required:

- Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in Digital Marketing and Usability & Insights.
- Experienced in supporting a developing website.
- Good knowledge of retail fashion in Luxury clothing industry.
- Be highly organised autonomous worker, able to take to form evidence based strategies.
- Must have sound SEO, PPC/SEM experience to strategically plan and move the online retail forward.
- Manage multiple projects/tasks. Set challenging but achievable goals.
- Support/train relatively up and coming e-commerce/digital team on site content.
- Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and business code of ethics
- Experience in Onsite UX (User Experience) Optimisation and Online Best Practice.

Primary functions

- Project management and responsible for Agency development team for site development.
- Work closely with the Owner delivering a commercial successful website. Responsible for managing Key Digital channels.
- Oversight of Digital monthly channels through team, setting measurable KPI’s, monitoring and optimising opportunities.
- Manage on-going relationship with marketing suppliers and partners.
- Manage team working on marketing activities and external stakeholders/agencies.
- Regularly monitor performance of marketing activities. Carry out commercial reviews of 3rd party channels.
- Co-ordinate and implement online sales promotions. Develop ecommerce product roadmap.
- Identify and implement opportunities growing the online business strategy.
- Campaign Online Sales planning, forecasting, promotion planning.
- Content & Production - Manage program of content creation across all sites
- Analyse results, proactively implement new ideas to increase conversion rates.
- Work with business functions (production, merchandising, design, IT) optimising resources maximising profit.
- Forecast and Budget Overall Site Performance.
- Use GA insights establishing baselines improving website performance.
- Create/review and manage insight reports on marketing channel performance, Customer acquisition needs/retention strategy.
- Develop, monitor and optimise digital marketing capacity/channels and brand awareness strategies.
- Responsible for working with digital communication agencies to achieve the best possible ROI.
- Work on quality site link building strategy creating high traffic.
- Manage press releases, interviews, blogger outreach, PR contests, etc.
