With 8 branches nationwide and an ever expanding product portfolio, our client is proud to be one of the UK’s largest business telecoms providers. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to head up their LCR/Billing Department based in the Glasgow Head Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of LCR/Billing Department
- Account manage the LCR customer base
- Ensure all departmental solutions are processed accurately, including wholesale line rentals, calls, mobile, broadband, VoIP, SIP & hosted telephony
- Manage bill/invoice run
- Ensure procedures are established
- Manage projects to strict deadlines
- Maintain and continually develop the Billing System to ensure it meets business needs
- Liaise with suppliers, take ownership of delays and escalate when required
- Ensure customer enquiries are resolved promptly

Experience, Skills & Qualities Required:

- Experience in service delivery, provisioning or similar within an ISP/Telecoms company is essential
- Telecom billing database experience is highly desirable (Ebillz or similar)
- WLR experience is highly desirable
- Strong MI analysis/reporting experience is highly desirable
- SLA reporting and service desk experience highly desirable
- Experience of utilities is desirable
- Experience processing mobile deals is desirable
- Must have excellent MS Excel skills
- Must have excellent knowledge of telecommunications WLR, VoIP, SIP & hosted telephony.
- Must be able to think logically and laterally
- Must be able to work under pressure
