Senior Accountant – The Role
- Able to proactively monitor all clients work and communicate effectively with all clients to help clients buy more services
- Exposed to different aspects of small practice including cloud setups & integrations
- Able to deal with prospective clients in the initial call stages
- Experienced in planning, delegating and managing clients work and deadlines
- Competent in all aspects tax accountancy compliance work in order to provide support and cover for accountants
- Monthly reporting on all key performance indicators for the practice
- Able to solely review compliance work, deal with sign offs, filings and queries
The Role Will Suit:

Experience
Ideally minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a dealing with tax, real-time accounting, management reporting, staff supervision, client portfolio management (all round practice exposure including Xero, Quickbooks, FreeAgent etc), ability to identify needs and help clients or prospects buy services that will enhance their business lives.
Qualification
You will be a qualified accountant or tax adviser. (AAT, ACCA, ATT, CTA, CIMA, ACA, CPA or QBE-Qualified By Experience). It is also important that you are a hard worker with super great attitude who clients and colleagues will like and respect.
