Established for 20 years, this company is a Midlands based, UK wide provider of voice and data solutions.

They pride themselves with a large, varied loyal customer base from SME to corporate customers, their many revenue sources and their aftersales service and support. As a result of their desire to continually grow and develop, they have a vacancy for a UK Sales Manager to join the team.

The business has a broad portfolio of products and services delivering PBX supply and rental, hosted solutions, provisioning of connectivity, leased line and internet connectivity, mobiles and maintenance of hardware. Increasing their share of the customer spend is vital to their continued growth, they are developing and increasing their service for IT support, additional cabling installation works and IT/Hardware sales and provisioning.

In order to help them to continue this growth they require a dynamic senior member with board level potential to lead the team through to their next level of performance. The new member will report as part of the Senior Management team and oversee the existing sales team of 5 members and work closely with the board to deliver growth.

It is essential that the person has proven experience in business to business sales with at least 3 years previous experience in leading a team. They need to have experience of business to business sales at senior manager and Board level, have a sound understanding of the UK telecoms and IT market (PBX deployment, hosted services and network connectivity as well as MS Windows and server deployments) IT delivery, project planning and customer care.
