Salary - £19,000 to £21,000 + Bonus

JOB DESCRIPTION
This company are recruiting for a Junior Sales Executive to join this highly successful company with an excellent customer base.

The role comes with an excellent starting salary of £19,000 to £21,000 (depending on experience), plus bonus, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking and staff discount scheme.

You will be predominately based in the office, however, once you build your customers, you may need to visit them on an annual basis.

THE COMPANY
They are a merchandising company with over 40 years of experience has grown consistently over the many years and has an extensive customer base within both the UK and worldwide. The expanding company specialises in bespoke merchandise and has a wide range of clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main emphasis will be to expand our existing customer base. Focusing on the custom headwear and garments for all sectors.

You will be responsible for researching new markets across all industries to build new contacts and revenue streams through cold calling new customers, telephone sales, and email marketing.

An essential part of the role will also be to ensure effective and proactive account management of all clients through regular contact to ensure market share growth. You will be supported by the central team with all ordering and required marketing.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Previous proven experience in the corporate or promotional clothing and accessories environment
- Professional communication and confident presentation skills
- Efficient, organised and self-motivated
- Computer literate
- Commercially aware
- Creative, problem solver
- Flexible and adaptable
- Full UK driving license

After a successful completion of 6 months in the role, a performance related bonus will be added to your salary. Full driving license and own car will be required as the role may involve travel to clients as required (mileage allowance payable) therefore a flexible approach is required.
