This role is for a company who are a point-of-sale loan platform for retail businesses, this allows them to offer a variety of finance / repayment options to their customers depending on their needs.

They partner with leading lenders to allow businesses to offer their customers the greatest choice and best rates for their product / service purchase.

They are VC-funded and our entrepreneurial management team has previously exited a number of companies for £60m +.

The Role

They are looking for driven, experienced and entrepreneurial Sales people, who will form a pivotal part of the product strategy and roadmap for the customer and the business.

Specific industry experience isn't essential as full training will be provided, so this would suit someone looking to make that next move up in their sales career.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Head Of Product on a daily basis to help shape the future of the company products: both App and Web.

Key responsibilities include:
- Closing outbound leads via phone and email
- Managing and recording interactions in CRM system (HubSpot)
- Helping to create and manage their sales pipeline
- Thinking strategically about how to improve sales pitch and process

Desired skills and experience:
- Proven experience and a track record of success in B2B sales, taking leads from discovery to close on the phone
- Confidence in selling an innovative SaaS product or at least tech savvy enough to grow confident quickly.
- Working in a sales team in a start-up (ideally tech/SaaS based)
- At least 2 years sales experience, however exceptions could be made for a proven A-player!
- Working with a CRM system

Salary is 25K - 28K basic + uncapped commission - OTE 50k year 1.
