The Company are a rapidly growing organisation, established in 2009, and headquartered in Hungerford with development and technical offices in London and Cambridge. They develop and deliver cutting-edge integrated online transport management solutions, selling both hardware and related hosted software services. Their first rolled out solution has revolutionised the way that bus and coach operators across major UK cities and municipalities manage their operations.

The Company is now entering a very significant further phase of growth, and as such are looking to expand its sales support team by appointing a Sales Coordinator (to be based in Hungerford and reporting into the PA to the MD), to further enhance its sales and support functions. This role will suit a highly organised, approachable and driven person, who is happy working in a team, as well as using their own initiative to complete tasks to a high standard and to develop the role. They will have outstanding customer service skills to build solid relationships with our customers, along with the flexibility to pick up misc. other duties as required in supporting the Managing Director and Senior Management Staff.

The role will encompass (but not be limited to):
- Gathering information and preparing quotations with timely follow up
- Coordinating the specification and administration of sales orders
- Handling telephone sales orders and enquiries
- Engaging with customers, primarily over the phone; enhancing the company’s reputation for outstanding customer support
- Building and managing relationships with customers; assisting them in using their systems to their full potential
- Introducing, and selling new features and functionality to existing customers
- Assisting in coordinating the delivery of customer product
- Producing weekly sales reports
- Some travel within the UK

They are looking for someone who:
- Is quick to learn, positive, adaptable, innovative, and energetic
- Has a passion for delivery great customer service
- A proven track record in sales administration is desirable
- Has excellent communication and prioritisation skills - maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Is an accomplished user of the Microsoft Office suite
- Is competent in technology, and able to absorb new technologies and systems easily
- Is proactive, a self-starter and a problem solver
- Has a full current driving license and use of a car (mileage allowance will be provided)
