This specialist B2B multimedia publishing company is connecting and informing HR, global managers and relocation professionals in the UK and internationally. They are the leaders in this niche and growing global market.

Package: £35K - £45K – OTE £45K+

Start date: Immediate

Are you self-motivated, ambitious and with Sales and Business Development experience?

Do you have the ability to deliver a sales and business development strategy which requires a step change in income generation and to present and sell cross media packages?

Reporting to the Managing Director, there is scope for greater responsibility in a strategic role for the right person.

This is a unique opportunity to work as an integral part of a small management team to build the business. Your key responsibilities will be:
- To generate sales initiatives across the Relocate media including print, digital/online, Awards, bespoke client events and consultancy, including analysing and reporting sales figures to the Managing Director
- To explore and develop strategies for a developing jobs board, subscriptions and e-commerce and other sales revenue streams in association with the Managing Director
- To manage and motivate the sales team and provide support and guidance ensuring they meet their targets
- Attend trade shows, conferences and events in the UK and internationally

A hands on approach is required to ensure you lead by example. You must have a track record of meeting sales targets, generating leads and driving online media sales. With 3 years or more multi-level sales experience in a B2B environment, you will have at least one year’s experience of online sales across a range of digital products.

You will have:
- A strong understanding of display advertising sales alongside other products which may include customised content, events, affiliate relationships, mobile and social media.
- Experience of working with agencies, social media, B2C and international campaigns would be a bonus.
- You will be educated to degree level or equivalent.

It would be an advantage if you had an understanding of HR, the relocation industry, corporate business and professional markets. Experience of living and working overseas together with language skills would be useful in maximising the potential of this role. There is also the opportunity for international travel.

Working requirements: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm. Occasional early morning / end of day calls required to be made to different time zones. You must be able to drive as there is no public transport.
