Restaurant Supervisor

This is a leisure and entertainment complex, including tenpin bowling and a large soft play area, that also boasts a large Grill Bar Restaurant on the ground floor, the Deck Restaurant on the first floor, with a meeting room for 30 people and a prestigious function suite on the second floor that accommodates weddings, conferences and events for up to 250 people.
They are now seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join their dynamic organisation at a time of exciting change and growth.

Your hours of work will be flexible, working 45 hours per week, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
Key requirements for the role;
- Restaurant Supervisor experience
- Experience in working with/ creating menus
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience within a leisure or hospitality environment
- Experience in managing budgets
- Experience of working towards targets and KPIs
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene Regulations and Licensing Legislation
