You will be joining an established software business based in central Bristol who are doing great things in healthcare software for the NHS. They are looking to create a new position that combines INHOUSE RECRUITMENT RESOURCER with SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

They currently number 20 staff but have very ambitious plans to grow the business. With this in mind they are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to create an inhouse recruitment function. You will be supporting business growth by sourcing the best IT development, sales and healthcare consulting candidates through a variety of different tools, from job boards, to social media and head hunting but also they would like to combine this with responsibility for development of their corporate social media presence. Does such a person exist?

Have you got the following skills?

- Experienced as a Recruitment Resourcer in any sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail (e.g. proof-reading and fact-checking)
- The ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload
- The ability to cooperate and communicate well as part of a team

As Recruitment Resourcer (60% of role) you will:
- Manage internal hiring by direct sourcing (headhunting) as well as creating social media campaigns,
- Define a cost-effective strategy and messaging to position them as an employer of choice in Bristol,
- Work to recruitment targets in terms of volume, skills and time to fill.

As Social Media Executive (40% of role) you will:

- Manage their social media presence creating a joined-up strategy for communications
- The collation of news content for the various platforms
- Take ownership of their Google Analytics and PPC campaigns
- Liaise with the sales team and other departments in order to identify newsworthy items
- Work closely with Sales Executives and other staff groups to support campaigns and initiatives
