They are looking for a motivated individual with excellent recruitment skills to join their expanding, diverse, fast paced team to fully manage the recruitment process for the company.

This role is to be a part of an exciting major new initiative to reboot Creditcall’s recruitment strategy to meet their talent demands as the company scales further in the coming years. As such they want to take control and bring about significant innovation of their entire recruitment process and bring it in house. You will be fully involved in the recruitment process from placing adverts, liaising with recruitment providers to evaluating applicants and coordinating the interview process to managing induction programmes and advising managers on training and coaching requirements.

You will work closely with managers and directors to understand candidate requirements and be able to fully engage in organisational plans and objectives to recommend suitable appointments. You will also be expected to optimise the recruitment process in line with the fast-paced working environment as well as develop new and effective ways to source the best candidates making use of local universities, social media, a range of job boards and any other sources.

Candidate requirements:

- A Business Degree or equivalent qualification
- Hold a membership or working towards a membership with the CIPD
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent working knowledge of employment legislation in relation to recruitment
- Able to establish and maintain a strong network of contacts
