This award winning organisation is currently looking for an ambitious, pro active Sales Executives to their team of Recruiters. You will be based in their Sidcup Office and will receive a good salary, commission structure and benefits which include iPhone, iPad, staff event days, company bonuses, ongoing training and support. This a great opportunity to work for a fast growing organisation who have a STATE ethos, and train, support and develop their staff members. You will attend a variety of social events during the year, whilst receiving state of the art training and equipment to conduct your duties to the highest level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for finding clients who want to take on Apprentices in order that they can complete their NVQ. This will involve engaging with local employers through telesales and face to face meetings, matching apprentices to job opportunities and converting leads generated by the marketing team. If you have worked within an Apprenticeship or Recruitment sector that is ideal but not essential for the role.
