Receptionist / Administrator
This technical/design led practice is looking to recruit a Receptionist/ Administrator to work with the team at their Chesterfield Office.

Requirements
5 GCSE’s at grade A* - C (including Maths and English)
Main duties and responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Booking out meeting rooms.
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls, directing them to the relevant person and taking accurate messages where necessary.
- Dealing with general enquiries.
- Providing a confident and friendly reception service.
- Informing appropriate personnel of arrival of visitors.
- Collating and distributing the daily contact list for employees.
- Ensuring the reception areas and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Providing refreshments for meetings etc.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Maintaining and updating QM Folders.
- Upload/download drawings to ensure they are kept up to date and filed in the appropriate place.
- Assisting with the management of the Car and Equipment booking facility.
- Providing cover within the wider team during periods of absence, including clerical duties such as typing, diary management, filing and photocopying etc.

- The position will be subject to the successful completion of a 3 month probationary period
The salary will meet National Minimum Wage requirements, the position is part time with anticipated working hours of 25 per week working 08.30 – 13.30 Monday to Friday (please note additional hours may be required to cover for employee absences such as holiday/sickness).
