This company is Europe’s foremost transport publisher, producing market-leading magazines within all sectors of aviation, rail, bus and modelling such as FlyPast, Airliner World, Modern Railways and Hornby Magazine.

They are currently seeking a full-time Reception & Administration Assistant to work in their busy Administration Department.

Based in Stamford, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors to the office and answering and directing telephone calls. You will also provide administrative support across the company, specifically the preparation of meeting packs and minute taking for the regular magazine planning meetings.

The successful candidate will have/be:
- Excellent interpersonal, telephone manner and communication skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capable of independent work, but within a team environment.
- Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your work load.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products – predominantly Word and Excel.
- Previous administration experience.
- Competent English language skills and numerate.
