As the Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include: -
- Maintaining the Quality ISO and other certifications for UK and USA
- Implementing, reviewing and making changes to the IMS and ISMS and associated policies and procedures as required. Ensuring all documentation is accurate, up to date and in line with business requirements
- Producing reports and statistics analysis for both internal and external use
- Ensuing customer/internal quality is achieved and maintained, at optimum costs, in order to enhance both company performance and long-term business development
- Arranging and participating in external audits
- Managing the internal Audits process and undertaking internal Audits
- Responsible for the corrective actions process
- Supporting Quality Champions and employees in their understanding of their responsibilities in regards to the IMS and ISMS
- Responsible for inducting new starters, including agency staff on their Quality Policy
- Internal Training of staff on Quality
- Fostering a quality culture and champion continuous improvement

The successful Candidate will have -
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, in particular the ISO certification Systems is currently certified against. Where the candidate does not have in-depth knowledge of all the standards willingness to undertake research and training
- It is desirable that the successful candidate has worked with an IMS and/or ISMS
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, people and presentation skills
- Experience of undertaking Internal Audits and Corrective Action Plans
- Excellent Microsoft package skills, including word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of producing reports and statistics
- Proven track record in driving forward to improve company performance via continual improvement
