Property/Contracts Manager, based full time at our offices in Newmarket, required to negotiate commercially profitable holiday villa & apartment rental contracts, both UK and abroad, as well as manage and develop these for the benefit of our rental programme, currently 300 properties in the UK and western Europe, which are all available for rental and use by the 43,000 investors, and their families, in the Holiday Property Bond (HPB).
The ideal candidate would be responsible for maintaining and building good working relationships both internally around the business and externally with overseas suppliers, carrying out quality and Health and Safety inspections, brochure and website product management and working to deadlines.
Ability to travel essential. Good communication and written skills needed. Some contracting experience an advantage, but not essential as training given. Language skills an advantage, but not essential.
