You will manage the day to day promotional activity for the company. You will be working closely with all internal departments to ensure maximum effectiveness of each promotion. This will includes ensuring all promotional campaigns are successfully executed, from signing off to the execution of the promotion going live.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the promotional planning process in conjunction with the relevant departments to drive sales and marketing objectives.
- Deliver a clearly differentiated promotional strategy for each promotional level whilst keeping the promotional calendar up to date.
- Implementation of the promotional activity plan in line with the monthly theme.
- Working with the supply and operations team to manage product availability demand and forecast.
- Planning and executing of promotional communication including and not limited to the website, social, internal communication tools.
- Coordinating with the design and copy-writing team to ensure promotions and communications are delivered on time and effectively.
- Delivery of assets to help with the design team deliver promotional material.
- Liaising with the member services teams to ensure campaigns and promotions are understood and delivered correctly to their members.
- Communicating promotions internally and externally to all relevant departments and members to ensure they are understood.
- Maintain good attention to detail in the approval process for promotions to ensure accuracy
- Evaluating the effectiveness of promotions including outlining recommendations to help with future planning.

Key Attributes/Skills background profile
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the sales and promotional planning. Wider marketing awareness will also be useful.
- Experience in creating and managing promotions.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for detail.
- Ability to demonstrate effective project management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a knack to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Must be able to multi-task, organised and capable of working independently to set deadlines and show pro-activity in their approach.
- Keen for further development within the role.
- Flexible and ability to stay calm under pressure.
