This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant online marketing agency based in Milton Keynes with a work hard, play hard mentality. Specialising in marketing UK gaming websites, they are on the search for an organized and quick-thinking project support worker to assist the head of production.
Reporting to the Head of Production you will support him in managing both projects and business as usual tasks. You will be expected to work closely along stakeholders across the company with the ability to context swap rapidly. Below are the key areas the role will grow to include;
MANAGE PROJECTS
- Create and manage briefs
- Identify stakeholders
- Monitor and Communicate progress
- Understand and communicate business priorities
CREATING AND MAINTAINING MOMENTUM
- Active listening
- Understanding motivation of all shareholders
- Find momentum from nowhere
DOCUMENTATION
- Understanding key information for each stakeholder
- Organizing and hosting meetings
- Identify key information and distributing and documenting for future use
RESEARCH & PROBLEM SOLVING
- Whatever is required whether techniques, strategies, tools or processes
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be one of a confident disposition, well organised and, who has strong project support skills. You will be a good communicator, enjoy working within a small but motivated team and not afraid to take on additional tasks as may be required. You must be computer literate, have an interest in creating web content, methodical and enjoy problem solving. Above all you will be trustworthy, reliable and have a keen eye for detail.
You will be able to demonstrate experience with MS Office specifically, Word, Excel and Outlook. Although not essential, knowledge of project management (Waterfall, Agile) methodologies would be beneficial, as will a keen interest in internet technologies.
