This company is a leading provider of IT solutions in the dynamic field of Network and Application Performance Management, with consistent and sustained growth over our 15-year history.

They are seeking a Project Manager to join our Technical Team to extend the vital Project Management function of the Company’s delivery and support of Customer Solutions.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Duties / Responsibilities include:

- Validation and Control of Scope - Formally agrees the scope of the project or work package (via the creation of Scope of Works and other standard documentation) and manage any variations in accordance with Change Control process. Tracks and reports against project budget.
- Planning and Control - Create project & resource plans gaining stakeholder buy-in. Drives delivery against the plan and takes proactive actions to prevent any deviation.
- Risk and Issue Management - Establish & maintains the Risk and Issue register identifying new risks and response strategies. Implements mitigation where issues occur.
- Leadership, Communication & Stakeholder Management - Creates and sustains collaborative working relationships across customer and internal teams. Communicates concisely using appropriate methods.
- Governance & Methodology - Complies with company best practice methodology and establishes appropriate governance regime with the customer. Formally hand over the project into Operational service (AILS – Acceptance into Live Service).
- On-going Customer Experience – Post project, it is important that our business delivers first-class Customer Experience, including timely Technical Support which aligns with contract SLA’s. The Project Manager role will also involve the review of Support tickets, for assigned Customers, to ensure a good overall quality of service following the delivery of the project
creating weekly monthly management reporting.
- Manage prioritisation of critical project/ticket activities and manage escalations.
- Attend team meetings & operational meetings as required.
- Contribute and lead continuous improvement projects for the department as required.
- Provide ad hoc assistance to the Sales Team when required.
- Other administration activities as required to successfully deliver the program.

Experience:
- At least 2 Years Project Management with Appropriate Qualification (Prince, APM etc.)
OR
- At least 5 Years in an Enterprise IT Delivery role, with a good working knowledge of Project Management ethos and looking to make the transition to a Project Management Career.
