With global offices based in USA, Germany and UK they are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join their existing project team based in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Product specific training will be provided in-house and the role has the opportunity to grow as the business expands.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Assist with defining project scope
- Assist with project scheduling
- Allocate remote developers to project tasks
- Coordinate work tasks with internal team members
- Ensure development work is recorded accurately
- Escalate technical roadblocks to the Technical Manager
- Work with clients to ensure successful receipt of content
- Meet project deadlines and milestones
- Undertake testing process before project completion
Qualifications & Skills
- Project management software experience
- Resource management skills
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Project scheduling and prioritisation
- Client liaison and customer care focus
- Conflict resolution and ability to clearly set client expectation
- Attention to detail across all levels of work
Experience
- 2 years experience working within project environments (required)
- Project management qualification (preferable)
