Candidate Profile
They are looking for a Project Administrator with a Projects background and an appetite to solve the challenges of the Food Industry in the stages of design and development of new products. You will have extensive experience of working within a new product development setting.

Essential Requirements
- Experience of working within a project team, ideally within a regulated environment
- Recent experience of using MS Project, Excel and MS Office
- Demonstrable problem solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risk
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; experience of liaising with Director level stakeholders
- Previous experience of budgets and continuous improvements
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies e.g. agile and waterfall would be advantageous
- Previous experience or the desire to learn about IT/Engineering projects
- Understanding/experience of H&S requirements particularly COSHH
- Willingness to work out of hours (on occasion, if required)
- Occasional travel to UK based client sites (if required)

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders and provide administrative support across the full project lifecycle
- Assist with preparing, developing and monitoring project and resource plans
- Assigning tasks to team members and assisting with schedule management
- Creation of high quality and accurate project status reports and minutes at project review meetings
- Identify risks and issues, and ensure timely actions to mitigate, including escalation when necessary
- Financial awareness of project activities e.g. budgeting
- Supporting online document management
- Ad hoc duties as required to assist the project manager i.e. scheduling meetings
