The successful applicant will be able to take advantage of a full training package, including a Level 4 project management apprenticeship.

The role will chiefly involve:
- Working with the Project Manager to identify key tasks to complete and their deadlines
- Liaising with clients to ensure that we understand the training needs of their staff
- Selecting appropriate trainers to meet these needs, and ensuring they are well briefed
- Arranging venues and the production of materials to ensure trainers have everything they need to deliver the session effectively
- Supporting the evaluation of activity, entering and analysing data for improvements that can be made
- Producing internal reports for the business and external reports for the client on project progress
- Arranging project meetings and ensuring actions are recorded and followed up
Successful candidates will also need:
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed personal organisation skills
- Strong research skills
- Effective time, workload and people management skills
- Strong administration and IT skills, with attention to detail
- To have a grade ‘C’ or above in GCSE English
