The role
The role is for a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and will require the successful candidate to be adaptive and flexible whilst welcoming the continuous change that exists within a fast-growing organisation.

Key responsibilities
- Identifying existing and anticipated tasks that should be delegated
- Build strong relationships with, develop and maintain a knowledge of the strategy of the group, its clients, business contacts and resources
- Responding to emails to the Managing Director and first point of contact for simple client matters
- Time and diary management, using own initiative to develop and maintain systems to promote efficiency
- Attend and contribute to team meetings as required, including post meeting action plans.
- Travel arrangements
- Assist with financial and transactional management, i.e. expenses, preparing reports
- Support colleagues as and when required
- Management of company social media account
- General administrative support

Key Skills
- Discretion and reliability with a good understanding of tact and diplomacy
- Time management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- An understanding of working in a professional Tax, Financial or Legal service driven environment is preferable
- Confident and professional manner with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels
- Collaborative and supportive of the business and its initiatives
- Adaptable and open to change, showing a willingness and confidence to make suggestions for change where appropriate
- Strong organisational skills and excellent project management
- A strong team player
- Being proactive, innovative and focussed is essential

Starting wage for this role is £27,000 - £31,000 + and extensive benefits package including private healthcare and potential profit sharing.
