Privately-owned, London-based sports management agency is currently seeking a Personal Assistant who will be responsible for providing support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be a team player, proactive, experienced and highly organised with great attention to detail.

This company is currently formed of a small and close bunch, growing very quickly in a fast paced and exciting industry. The successful candidate must be looking for a long term commitment and willing to be the anchor of a growing team and ready to hit the ground running during the busiest time of the year.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Creating, editing and maintaining documents using Google Docs
- Email management - Sending and responding to emails on MD’s behalf
- Diary management for the MD
- Proactively following up MD’s meetings with supporting emails and documents
- Liaising with prospective/existing clients/players on MD’s behalf
- Preparing/editing contracts as directed
- Maintaining accurate and detailed client database on Google Docs
- Liaising with company lawyers, accountants and support team on MD’s behalf
- Completing expense reports on a monthly basis using Xero
- Sending invoices through Xero and making sure payments are on time
- Managing travel logistics, draft travel itineraries/agendas
- Assisting with aspects of player management (e.g. relocation details, insurance contracts, phone contracts, banking, playing equipment, etc)
- Ordering and stocking office supplies
- Prepared to work occasional out of office hours including weekends when it is required

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Several years experience of assisting a senior level executive is essential
- Highly organised and professional manner
- High proficiency with Google docs essential
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping, experience in Xero an advantage although training will be provided
- Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills required
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Interest in sport is preferable
- French or Spanish as a second language would be a bonus
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
