This is an award-winning organisation consisting of distinct companies that have been specialising in the delivery of complementary end-to-end IT services to the public, private and third sector for over 30 years.

They are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team on a full time basis. This is a varied and challenging role working across various platforms and reporting directly to the Managing Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:-
- Providing direct assistance to the Managing Director;
- Co-ordinating directors diary and responding to enquiries relating to his availability;
- Arranging any travel requirements;
- Email and correspondence management;
- Pro-actively tackling issues related to administrative processes;
- Providing general administration support;
- Organising and arranging events;

The preferred candidate will have the following skills/attributes: -
- Excellent organisational skills;
- High degree of confidentiality;
- Ability to manage own workload;
- Ability to handle a range of situations while prioritising workload;
- Ability to work on own initiative but as part of a team where necessary;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to relate well to a wide range of people including those in senior positions;
- Previous experience in a PA/Administration Assistant role;
- Drivers licence;
- Accounts experience (not essential but beneficial).

This role requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Hours of work:
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm.
