A well-established Payroll Bureau based in Northampton are seeking an Experienced Payroll Administrator to join their growing team.

Reporting directly to the Payroll Bureau Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Administration of all stages of payroll
- Handling payroll related queries with clients and HMRC
- Preparation of reports and payslips
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Working out tax and national insurance deductions
- Setting up new members of staff
- Calculating overtime
- Issuing tax forms (P45s for example)
- Processing year end and issuing P60
- Calculating and processing P11Ds
- Managing special situations like SSP, SMP SPP
- Setting up Auto enrolment
- Calculating and processing auto enrolment pension liabilities
- All paperwork involved with auto enrolment

The ideal candidate must have experience of processing multiple payrolls with extensive end to end payroll experience. The key focus is attention to detail, use your own initiative, be a team player, ability to prioritise, work to agreed deadlines and always have a friendly approach.
