This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing I-gaming company focused on delivering optimal results for clients. With an enormous presence in the English & Scandinavian markets, they provide services including Digital and offline Marketing; Website Design; Software Development and Customer Retention Management.

Due to recent rapid growth, they are now looking to further expand these markets and seek a Outbound Customer Executive to give their customers the best gaming experience.

Role Overview:

Aside from the day to day operational and commercial activity, you will utilise your Customer Relationship skills to be the liaison between the company and its current and potential customers. Taking ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and enquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.

Key Performance Areas:

-.Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Handle customer enquiries both telephonically and by email, manage and resolve all complaints
- Meet Compliance requirements and ensure customers are treated according to UKGC regulation and RG
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise within the regulatory guidelines
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile

Skills required:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Customer focus and ability to adapt to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Behavioural Traits required:

- Ability to actively listen, understand, and resolve customer issues in an empathetic, diplomatic manner
- Passionate and a genuine care about customer support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you need to be highly proficient in English)
- Remarkable attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable dealing with and solving ambiguous, novel, and unpredictable challenges in a timely manner
- Previous experience utilizing a ticket system (e.g. SmarterTrack, LiveChat) is a bonus but not essential
