The role:

This exciting newly created position will provide administrative and systems support to a busy Operations team. As Operations Digital Administrator you will be responsible for managing the day to day systems administration of the organisations internal systems including technical enhancements and maintenance. The post holder will also be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries relating to the internal systems and general queries within the team.

Actions and responsibilities:

- Be the point of contact for all customer enquiries, including troubleshooting and technical support, relating to internal systems including Salesforce, LockLizard, Kentico and other internal systems.
- Update and maintain all training course notes, slides, course materials and Programmes
- Maintain the booking diary for the Team’s Training Room.
- Manage queries received in the team’s shared email folders.
- Provide support to other areas of the Operations team during times of staff leave and absences.

The ideal new Team member:

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service combined with well-developed administrative experience working in a busy team. Applicants should be organised, with good attention to detail, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, as well as good experience in using databases. The post holder will also be keen to cross train and get involved in other areas of the Operations team.
