This leading high street retail chain within the exciting and fast paced mobile phone sales world is seeking a talented and driven Operations Assistant to join their Exeter City Centre support office team.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced and varied role in which you will provide high quality first-point-of-contact customer service to their customers, sales personnel and retail partners.

Basic Terms
- £15,000 - £17,000 depending on experience and skill base
- Permanent Full Time
- 5 Days per week
- 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
- Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Ordering stock using a bespoke E.P.O.S. system
- Managing stock levels across multiple retail sites, including remotely processing audits & resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Updating ‘Support Tickets’ on a bespoke CRM system accurately and within agreed S.L.A’s
- Help keep business running efficiently by following best practice processes and policies at all times
- Ensuring smooth running of processes within the Operations department.
- Maintaining checklists and follow up on actions as directed by the Head of Operations/Business Support Manager
- Production and analysis of reports using Excel.
- Maintain and develop excellent professional working relationships both internally and externally
- Responding to and forwarding emails/phone calls as required
- Liaising with colleagues, suppliers and partners in identifying, raising issues
- Following best practice processes and policies at all times
- General office administrative and other duties as required

Skills and Experience:
- Pro-active with a desire to continuously improve
- Proven experience working in an administrative or operational role.
- Experience working with a CRM system and/or database
- Excellent spoken/written communication skills
- Strong IT literacy including Outlook and Word
- Advanced Excel skills - the role will involve production and analysis of multiple reports with accuracy paramount
- A desire to understand the ‘why’ as well as the ‘how’ of processes
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Hard working, positive and with a flexible attitude
