Operations Analyst – Home Based with Full Training Provided (which will need to be completed in the office)
We are a fast-growing technology business operating in the energy sector. We are hiring a large number of roles in our operations team.
What do you need to know?
All the jobs are home based.
Once your initial first week training is done, you can work at a location to suit you. Though we like to get people to come in for team meets and catchups a couple of times a month, so you need to be able to easily get to our Nottingham city centre office. Plus, we have the odd party or two.
We will train you up.
We would love for you to have some energy sector experience. That’s a huge bonus. But we also have room for you, if you are naturally analytical and great with data. You’ll spot issues (like a meter reading that just looks wrong), see what doesn’t fit the expected pattern and then create a solution to get things back on track
What the role involves
Your job will be to make our clients back-office operations flow as smoothly as possible. You’ll work as a part of a squad of analysts to meet our agreed Service Levels with each client, identifying and removing blockages like missing or erroneous data flows or resolving disputes to get things moving again. You will become an energy expert, an energy data flows expert, and ultimately, be part of a cracking team of industry professionals who offer a very well regarded, software and data led managed service.
