They employ around 2100 people across 5 different sites in the UK, and a further 900 in Singapore – the majority of which are front line customer-facing drivers and support staff. They are now looking for an Operations Support Analyst / Business Performance Analyst to work within the London operations team which employs around 1700, and has a bus fleet of approximately 450 and which operates from a number of depots in the capital.

Your role will be to support the Head of Operations and the Chief Operating Officer in the preparation of reports and to analyse performance and operational and business Key Performance Indicators. This is an interesting and challenging role which will offer the successful candidate and opportunity to grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write reports for and to operational management.
- Enhance / assist operational performance / decision making through the analysis of operational data and KPI reports.

Knowledge and Skills
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, together with high level report writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to rapidly gain a good understanding of the London Bus business, and its key operational drivers.
- Good level of proficiency with Excel (working knowledge of other software systems would also be useful), and MS word
- Experience of a similar role in a similar operational service sector business
- Degree level education in a business / analytical area and / or relevant experience
